CrossRoads exists to make disciples who love God, grow spiritually, and serve others.

Our aim is to live out the great commission in Fergus Falls, western Minnesota, and around the world. We believe that worship is an outward expression of our love for God and an essential part of our fellowship and ministry. Our vision for this position is that it would continue to build on a foundation of leading our church before God in worship, growing in excellence, and executing a worship experience that is well suited for a multi-generational church in a rural context. It would also focus on leading our youth (7th-12th graders) into a deeper and more meaningful relationship with Jesus.
