First Baptist Church exists to make, mature, and mobilize disciples of Jesus Christ who embrace the Gospel, engage in community, and impact the world for Christ. It is the mission of all believers to make disciples and our responsibility as church staff to model this in our attitudes, effort and behavior for the ultimate goal of God’s glory. This position serves under the leadership of the Lead Pastor as ministry team members.
