Green Valley Baptist Church is a multi-cultural church located in Henderson, Nevada, a city located immediately south of Las Vegas. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Southern Nevada Baptist Association. Our multi-generational congregation of about 1,100 worships in a setting of expository preaching.

We currently have three Sunday morning services at our main campus. We also consist of 5 ethnic congregations that meet on and off our main campus, as well as a church plant in the urban core of Las Vegas. Each of these congregations have their own pastors, who are under the leadership of the Senior Pastor.

Doctrinally our church is theologically conservative and supports the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Our church is committed to standing on the infallible word of God, even when it might be unpopular with our culture or other communities of faith.

Our church ministries include numerous strong discipleship/Bible study groups, men’s and women’s ministries, a senior adult ministry, youth and children’s ministries including AWANA and children’s choir, as well as missions focused ministries.

The Senior Pastor will report to the Administrative Council and work together with the Council on administrative functions such as budgeting, finance, and human resources. Our church is very blessed to be debt-free and is committed to remaining financially strong.
