The Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM) program invites ELCA young adults ages 21-29 to engage in a powerful year of faith-based service and learning in one of eleven country programs worldwide.

YAGM volunteers walk hand-in-hand with their international companions in a model of ministry that practices mutuality and interdependence. They engage in service across a variety of disciplines and in a variety of settings. Throughout the year YAGM volunteers serving in the same country program also meet regularly for reflection, community-building, faith exploration, and study.
