The Director of Worship and Fine Arts will play an essential role as we seek to accomplish our congregations’ missional purposes. In addition to common congregational goals around vibrant worship, we believe our unique contribution to Christ’s Church is to develop young leaders equipped to serve among us, and wherever God eventually calls them. We believe our unique contribution to our community is our campus. We see it as God’s gift, not to us, but to our community, allowing us to contribute to the thriving of our community in ways that reflect God’s grace, generosity, purposes. Because of this, the Director of Worship and Fine Arts will endeavor to lead the congregation into meaningful and God-honoring worship, develop and equip leaders, and serve our nearby communities in ways that contribute to “the good of the city”. In every way possible, we long to point people toward God and into God’s good purposes.
