    Job Description

    Job Overview

We use the term Family Ministry at Hunter First to describe all that we do to minister to our families. This mainly refers to our Next Generation Ministries (Nursery, Kids, Youth). The primary purpose of our Family Ministry is to partner with and to equip parents as the primary disciple-maker in their homes.

Each week, we seek to provide Christ-centered programs that create Gospel-centered conversations for children and their families. We seek to provide Family Ministry Equip nights that engage in various conversations to help parents invest in their children and to connect with other parents that are doing the same. We also seek to resource our families as they need to help them succeed in leading their children to know and love Christ.

We are seeking someone who has some ministry experience or ministry education that has a passion to invest in the next generation. Someone who desires to learn ministry, to grow as a Pastor/Elder, and to lead families to know and love Christ.
