The Worship Leader of Worthville Baptist Church will be a musically gifted individual, who will provide leadership and organization for the musical worship ministry of the church. The Worship Leader will:

• Serve under the general leadership of the pastor and work in cooperation with him to plan and carry out the worship services of Worthville Baptist Church.
• Be responsible for organizing the musical worship for the Sunday morning service on a weekly basis. This will include having weekly practices with other musicians within the church who will also be participating in the musical worship.
• Lead the members of Worthville Baptist in musical worship as other opportunities/needs arise (such as revivals, worship nights, etc.)
• Help the church to raise up others (especially our younger generations) to serve the church in musical worship.
