Urbanna Baptist Church, located in historic Urbanna, VA, is seeking a part-time/bi-vocational Pastor with seminary degree and previous experience. The candidate will have a clear sense of calling to lead a small and vibrant church that values its rich heritage and missions-oriented programs of community and worldwide service. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic person with spiritual maturity who will deliver a Biblically based and meaningful message from the pulpit. The Pastor will lead the congregation in spiritual and physical growth, provide pastoral care and outreach, participate in the fellowship of the church and encourage meaningful relationships with the congregation and the community. We are seeking a pastor who will provide leadership through his interaction with the Deacons and church committees. We are aligned with the Baptist General Association of Virginia and the Mid-Tidewater Baptist Association. Resumes will be accepted until February 15, 2023.
