Adamsville First Baptist Church is searching for a part-time Youth Minister.

Considering the needs of our students (grades 7-12), the church has adopted the following job description:

1. Coordinate youth activities with the assistance of the youth committee.
2. Attend all services and provide youth programs on Sunday and Wednesday nights.
   1. Oversee/coordinate youth Sunday School classes.
   2. Develop and implement Discipleship Training for youth on Sunday evenings.
   3. Plan and lead youth Bible study on Wednesday nights.
3. Plan, coordinate, and participate in scheduled spiritual and recreational church activities, including summer trips, Bible Conferences, Mission trips, etc.
   1. At least one event per month. (Fifth quarter, after church fellowship, D-Now, YEC, etc.)
4. Display a love for youth and their parents, which will facilitate counseling with them about their problems in a loving and confidential manner.
5. Attend and participate in events that are important to youth, such as high school games and other activities of the community, which enhances fellowship opportunities and outreach.
6. Visit with youth and their families as needed or requested by the pastor.
