We are looking to hire a English Ministry pastor to develop and lead Christ Covenant Fellowship, the English Ministry of Ilshin Presbyterian Church. The English Ministry pastor will work together with the Senior Pastor and the Session to make disciples of Jesus through building relationships and strong biblical teaching.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the English Ministry
• Oversee a midweek Bible Study on Friday evenings.
• Lead worship, preside, and preach on Sundays, as needed.
• Plan and coordinate annual retreats
• Keep record of participation and manage the English Ministry budget.
• Be available to encourage, challenge, and counsel the English Ministry towards lives as disciples of Jesus.
• Attend weekly staff meetings on Sundays.

Qualifications:
• Adhere to Reformed theology and the beliefs of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
• Ordained, or be willing to be ordained within the PCA.
• Be able to communicate with 1st generation Korean parents and staff.
• Be a spiritually mature disciple of Jesus.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills, conflict management skills, organizational skills, and computer skills.
• Ability to teach and preach the Word of God.
• Be teachable
• Enrolled in or graduate of an accredited Reformed seminary.
