We are seeking a Spirit filled follower of Jesus Christ with a clear understanding of a personal call to ministry for the position of Full-time Minister of Youth and Children. This person will be responsible for leading the church to develop a comprehensive Youth and Children’s Ministry. This will be done in consultation with other staff members and church program organizations concerning activities, policies and procedures that relate to their area of responsibility.

Opportunity

We believe we are poised to make a great impact for God’s Kingdom in Sanford as the area is experiencing increased growth with multiple apartment complexes and new neighborhoods being built, with a projected 1,000 families moving within a few miles of our campus.  The person in this position will have a major role in reaching out to these families with the gospel.

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
