RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Spiritual formation of Adult ministries
Discipleship of existing members, adherents
Oversee Missions Committee
Oversee Benevolence Committee
Supervisory role to some support staff
Vision development for greater Church in conjunction with the Lead Pastor
Provide leadership in the Lead Pastor’s absence (Assisting where needed)
Pastoral care in conjunction with the Lead Pastor
Pulpit supply (Preaching when needed)

NLCC MINISTRIES:
Oversees general ministries of NLCC in conjunction with the Lead Pastor
Assists with HR documents of NLCC (working with Lead Pastor/Board/Office Admin)
Oversee Growth Track (New Members requirement)
Hospitality Groups (small groups – develop and facilitate groups for entire church)
New Converts (small group or equivalent) and integration of New People (Connections)
Oversee Coffee & Connect for newcomers at NLCC (twice annually)
Oversee Sunday service components
Present at all board meetings (Will chair if Lead Pastor is absent)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Credential holder with The PAOC or willing to obtain
Ability to preach/teach
People person
Computer skills recommended (Mac)
Experience as a support staff/Assistant Pastor preferred
