Our current need is for a full-time pastor, who will develop a vision for our congregation and community. We hope for a pastor who will lead by example and who will guide us in our vision and mission.

Increase local mission work with youth and our communities.

Organize events where we are visible in the community and can draw members to the Lord through His church.

Leadership Structure
The Session
The Session is composed of nine active and committed elders. The elders’ assignments include Building/Grounds, Finance, Mission, Christian Education, Outreach and Worship.

Deacons
The Deacon Board is composed of 6 members who minister to those in need, to the sick and to anyone who may be in distress.

Staff
We are currently staffed with a part-time, transitional pastor. The church has a part-time bookkeeper, pianist/organist and custodian.

Compensation and Housing
Annual Salary/Housing: Negotiable based on experience and education (in accordance with ECO policy). Next to the church we have a beautiful manse, which has been utilized by many pastors and their families.

Qualifications/Characteristics
We are seeking a candidate with a (Master) of Divinity Degree with the ability to efficiently Preach/Teach, Lead/Administer, provide pastoral care in the ECO denomination OR willingness to be ordained in and to affirm the Essential Tenets of ECO.
