Reveal Vineyard Church is located in Surprise, Arizona, a growing suburb in the Phoenix area. We planted 15 years ago out of Vineyard Church North Phoenix. We are a healthy, vibrant, and growing church that is active in our community. Current Sunday attendance is 500 people with a thriving young adult community.

In January of 2023, Reveal reunited with Vineyard Church North Phoenix under the senior leadership of Pastor Brian T. Anderson to become one church. Our Reveal campus is now looking for a full-time campus pastor to be part of our multi-campus team.

You are:
• An experienced, dynamic leader. Preferably with both large church (over 1500) and midsize church (500) experience.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in leadership (corporate or church environment).
• A motivating team builder.
• Vibrant communicator.
• A self-starter but thrives on working with a team.

You will be:
• Part of the Vineyard North Phoenix pastoral team with your main focus being the campus pastor at Reveal.
• Responsible for mentoring existing staff.
• The primary leader, developer, encourager and pastor for campus leaders and attendees.
• Responsible to recruit, train, deploy, monitor and nurture all key leaders who lead the various teams at the Reveal Campus (children, youth, hospitality, worship, etc.).
• Leading the campus team to develop, implement and measure progress towards campus objectives and initiatives.
• Leading the campus team to develop and implement campus-specific initiatives and objectives to further the overall vision of Vineyard Church North Phoenix.
• Teaching 1-2 times a month.
• Performing other typical pastoral care responsibilities (weddings, funerals, baptisms, child dedications, etc.).
