Job Description – Senior Pastor

We’re looking for an experienced senior pastor, OR an associate with a strong calling to become a senior pastor, in which case, we’ll train you.

Requirements:

–         One who’s primary devotion is to Jesus, and building His Kingdom

–         A person committed to the gospel, and making disciples

–         A gifted, out-going people-person able to gather a younger core of people

–         One possessing pastoral experience in a Vineyard church, or who has an experiential understanding of Vineyard values.

–         A man or woman of sound character, solid in biblical understanding, able to teach

–         One who is looking toward a long-term commitment, 10+ years.

We are an established multicultural church. Knowledge of French and Portuguese would be helpful, but not necessary.
