Serving our Winnebago Campus is a unique opportunity – one would serve the local body developing in Winnebago while joining a seasoned team that can assist in areas of weakness. This campus has live preaching each Sunday and in many ways might functionally feel like a solo pastorate while benefits include a larger organization backing this campus. Job Description

Campus Pastor – Winnebago

Primary overseer shepherding the people of the Winnebago campus. This includes regular preaching, assisting with midweek ministry leadership, evangelism and discipleship. In addition, this person will be expected to build a vision/culture of growth which includes a significant building campaign over the next 2-3 years, while retaining the ethos of Park Hills Freeport tailored as needed to Winnebago.

Hours: 45-50 hours per week

Benefits: Full-time benefits – paid vacation/sick time, retirement contribution, health insurance, HSA contribution, etc. These are based in part on experience, education, etc.

Requirements: Master’s preferred, though ministry experience considered

An active and growing faith in Christ, agreement with PHC statement of faith/mission/vision/values, strong skills in verbal and written communication, preaching gifts, ability to lead/develop teams and competent in basic MS suite.

Pastoral responsibilities include preaching, leading life groups, oversee worship, develop staff and community engagement strategy as well as weddings, funerals, etc as needed.
