Description of the Current Situation: Current Senior Pastors are transitioning out of the Lead positions and in cooperation with the Area Vineyard Overseer are searching for a new Senior Pastor.
There have been no moral or financial or other major issues in the church.
Attendance is approximately 50 people. Before Covid, 100 plus.
The church can guarantee a salary for one year and is financially stable.
The church has a committed Sunday morning team: Band, Children’s Church, Coffee Bar, and Youth. It also has Women’s and Men’s leadership and an active Prayer team.
It has a positive reputation in the community as a result of much community outreach.
The church is located on a storefront on Main Street with free parking garage accessibility.
Description of the Community: Plainfield is a thriving community and continues to grow.
It is friendly to the Christian Message, with a Quaker heritage. The church reflects the lack of diversity in the community, but that is changing all the time.

Description of the prospective Candidate: We are looking for someone with a call to Pastor and reach out to the world.

We plan to end our search in August 2023.
