Purpose: Implement a unified worship vision for Crestwood Church, to be implemented on multiple campuses, including online, in a manner that is consistent with and sensitive to the target audience of each site.

Responsibilities:
Strategic
● Lead the Worship Arts strategy and implementation at Crestwood
● Provide direction, templates, and best practices to support our multi-site strategy
● Oversee online streaming presence

Tactical
● Create cohesive services which support the message of the day
● Program music that is theologically rich and culturally relevant to those we are aiming to reach
● Increase congregational participation in singing at all services
● Provide upfront worship leadership at 75% of services
● Enhance band sound so that musicians complement one another’s playing
● Enhance transitions between worship elements for greater unity of the service
● Collaborate with Communications Director on bumper/stinger videos and other series imaging
● Schedule volunteers and resource them via Planning Center
● Provide coaching and leadership to Worship Arts staff and volunteers
● Build ProPresenter slides for worship services at Midlothian
● Engage with visual artists for creation of art pieces and/or sets that further messages
● Set up both campuses to have same approach to sound board setup and operation
● Keep worship equipment in good working order (sound/lighting/streaming)
● Work with Family Ministry staff to provide music for these ministries as needed

Leadership
● Recruit, Develop, Encourage and Grow volunteer teams for every area of worship
● Mentor Richmond Campus Worship Coordinator in growing as a worship leader and team leader
● Spiritually shepherd teams and volunteers within those teams for personal spiritual growth Preferred Skills
● Strong connection to Jesus Christ, grace-centered faith
● Reads sheet music and charts
● Able to play at least one instrument, preferably piano and guitar
● Good vocalist, with knowledge to coach vocalists
● Connects well to Millennials and Generation Z
● Experience leading teams and mentoring musicians
● Knowledge of current worship technologies: in-ear, sound boards (X32), ProPresenter, Planning Center, Logic
