JOB SUMMARY: The Missions Pastor oversees the local and global missions and outreach ministries of Central by providing visionary, strategic, and pastoral leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: College degree or equivalent; Masters level seminary degree preferred

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of ministry experience / leadership

• Able to pass criminal, financial, and sexual misconduct background checks

LIST OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cast a vision for missions and outreach that will help the church grow in carrying out the Great Commission locally and globally
• Develop opportunities, equip, and mobilize the congregation to reach, serve, and engage unchurched individuals in the community
• Oversee promotion and recruitment for all church-wide serve opportunities
• Facilitate and provide general administrative leadership for all missions projects and trips
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local nonprofits, community organizations, and churches
• Oversee the stewardship of Central’s missions budget
• Provide pastoral care for the congregation along with other pastors
• Serve alongside the Lead Pastor and others on the Senior Leadership Team to drive the mission and vision of Central
• Willing and able to execute other duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor
