Summary of Position: The Kids Director is responsible for fulfilling the vision of Eagle’s Landing Kids – the reach and raise a generation for Jesus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Personal integrity and evidence of ongoing spiritual growth, as required of all disciples of Jesus, and church employees (church attendance, growing in characteristics of a disciple, Life Group membership, tithing, etc.)
• Ability to minister/disciple volunteers, families, and kids
• Ability to recruit, lead, equip, and delegate responsibilities to a volunteer team
• Good leadership and people skills
• Supervising/management experience (preferred)
• Kids Ministry experience
• A team player willing to do what is best for the gospel
• A member of Eagle’s Landing (or willing to become a members)Responsibilities:
• Oversee the spiritual development of Eagle’s Landing Kids through ministry programs and events at the campus
• Cast vision and implement Eagle’s Landing Kids ministry strategy for the campus
• Recruitment, coordination, and communication of Eagle’s Landing Kids volunteers
• Develop volunteers through training, discipleship, and encouragement
• Equip volunteers to effectively use the approved Eagle’s Landing Kids’ curriculum, including the distribution all curriculum supplies
• Partner with Family Team and Griffin Campus on how to effectively and efficiently operate Eagle’s Landing Kids across all campuses
• Attend Eagle’s Landing meetings/events
• Attend Eagle’s Landing Kids meetings and events
• Responsible for the upkeep of the Eagle’s Landing Kids space
