Job Description

Required qualifications:

• Meet the biblical requirements for pastor-elder as established in the New Testament
• Agree to work within the framework of eldership as outlined in MSCC’s doctrinal statement, Constitution, and By-Laws linked here:
• Promote and advance a future-oriented vision that includes global outreach
• Compensation for this position will be at the part-time level initially

Preferred qualifications:

• Formal training in Bible college or seminary.
• Experience in pastoral ministry.
