First Baptist Jonesboro is seeking our next Student Pastor to develop, promote, and conduct ministries to lead youth to know and follow Christ at our church.  We love students and desire to see them discipled from birth to be “sent out to do God’s will.” We know this involves both the students and their parents. We are looking for a full-time Student Pastor to lead our student ministry who has a heart for students, a desire to guide parents in discipling their students, and a passion for building a leadership culture to reach the next generation right now.  Come be a part of a vibrant, life-giving team that has a clear vision to make students send-ready by the time they graduate from high school.

Qualifications

• Seminary degree in appropriate field of study.
• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience.
• Clear Christian character and a growing faith.
