Job description:

The Trinity Presbyterian Church of Sparta, IL is searching for a full-time pastor to share the gospel, mature our congregation, and lead worship services to glorify God along with participation in other church activities and outreach programs the church is both engaged in and planning to initiate.

Position qualifications:

Master of Divinity degree or equivalent. • Provide biblically based preaching and teaching in and out of the pulpit. • Provide a teaching ministry that will lead to the spiritual growth of the Congregation, calling and equipping the members. • To love each other, our neighbors, and our communities. • Lead the Session and Congregation in implementing God’s call and vision for this church
