The Director of Children and Family Ministries will be part of the amazing staff at Ann Street UMC in the beautiful coastal town of Beaufort, N.C. to help grow the children’s ministries program. This position would be considered a new start with a handful of children. There is great potential as Ann Street UMC has an active pre-school and after-school program which is a wonderful opportunity for outreach to young children and their families. The Children’s Ministries Director will be supported by an active and engaged congregation in creating ministry opportunities between the Ann Street UMC congregation and the pre-school/afterschool, as well as in the evaluation and strengthening of ongoing children’s ministries within the church. The primary focus of this position will be to plan and implement activities and ministries for children birth through 5th grade. The pay range is dependent upon experience and hours of involvement, up to $40,000.
