Primary Responsibilities Include:

The Student Pastor will provide not only pastoral leadership for the students, but also serve as part of the student ministries team casting vision, oversight, cohesion, and support for the entire department.

The person in this position will not just have the capacity to be an excellent communicator of God’s word, but also lead through the implementation of a strategic discipleship plan for students/leaders, create teams, recruit volunteers, create and develop future ministry leaders, manage departmental budget, and strategically develop structure. This person will also serve as the Regional Director for Men and Women of Honor. This will include building relationships with schools, other pastors and students. This is a very exciting opportunity.

Agreement to the sixteen fundamental doctrines of the Assemblies of God and the church stance on Tithing (giving).
