Overview
Christ Covenant Church is located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. We exist to glorify God by exalting Christ, equipping the saints, and evangelizing the world. We are a part of the Pillar Network.
Our children and youth ministry accomplishes this through regular Sunday gatherings, a midweek gathering, and other activities and studies for our children and youth.
There are many opportunities to reach families in our community as well.

Qualifications
–        Those Outlined in Scripture (1 Tim 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9)
–        Education: MDiv Preferred

Responsibilities
This position is full time with benefits and will work to disciple the next generation. Our Family Minister will…

–        Oversee the discipleship of children and youth by leading weekly gatherings and fostering a culture of hospitality and intentional relationships.

–        Oversee retreats and other special outreach events and opportunities to engage with children and youth and develop relationships.

–        Develop next generation ministry leaders (both adults and students) by training them to teach and disciple others.

–        Engage with local schools for the purpose of making disciples.

Compensation
–        This is a Full-time salaried position. Range: $40k-60k
