Position Available: Associate with emphasis on student ministry, as well as either worship ministry or children’s ministry, depending on the applicant’s gifts and calling.

• Job Requirements: The applicant can be married or single. A bachelor’s degree, while not required, is preferred. A Christ-like spirit and hunger for the things of God and for people is vital. Agreement with the church’s doctrine and teaching (based on the BBFI Articles of Faith) is necessary, as well as living a separate, but non-legalistic lifestyle (this can be explained as we talk). Focus on loving people and developing relationships. Also, teachability and flexibility are important, as well as a willingness to use time wisely and protect your time off as best as possible.
• Job Description:This is a full time position, with the emphasis on investing in the lives of students and young adults by connecting with, teaching and developing activities for students. He will also assist the pastor and church by helping with church ministry tasks in planning, preparation, and physical tasks. We desire to help develop your ministry and leadership skills, including preaching, baptisms, weddings, and funerals when the opportunities present themselves. Certainly A/V skills, computer and networking skills, media management, graphic design are pluses! If the applicant has a calling for worship ministry, that would fulfill a great need here!
