The primary role of the full time Associate Pastor is to design, implement and manage a family outreach ministry in consort with the Senior Pastor and church leaders. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a vision of how the modern church can reach out to and attract all ages, especially Millennials and Generation Z families so prevalent in the Tri-State Area.

The candidate will demonstrate organizational skills, the ability to foster positive relationships with others; be able to organize projects, coordinate volunteers, and develop and maintain ministry teams. A knowledge or ability to learn how to maintain and enhance an online church outreach is part of the vision for this ministry. The Associate Pastor will also be called on to assist the Senior Pastor with preaching and teaching.

Applicants must be able to detail their calling to the ministry and desire to serve. Personal character and financial standing must be above reproach both inside and outside the church and preference will be given to those who possess a Bachelors/Master of Divinity degree from an accredited college or theological seminary. A minimum of 3 years of pastoral or significant related ministry experience is desired. Experience that includes working closely with families, children and teens will be a welcome consideration.
