Village Creek Baptist Church in Diaz, AR is seeking a pastor to serve in a bi-vocational role. We are a young church, established in 2019. Though we are multi-generational, we have many young families and a large number of children and students. Our members are actively engaged in the local community and have a heart to reach the unchurched population.

We are seeking a pastor to lead the church in our core purposes:

(a) Worshipping Jesus;

(b) Equipping the members through Bible instruction and study;

(c) Proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ through preaching and personal evangelism;

(d) Encouraging and participating in missions work: local, domestic, and international;

(e) Administering the ordinances of believer’s baptism and the Lord’s Supper;

(f) Encouraging Biblical fellowship among believers; and

(g) Serving other individuals, families, and churches by providing for physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in the name of Jesus Christ.
