The congregation is prayerfully seeking a pastor who possesses strong biblical knowledge and preaching skills, exhibiting spiritual leadership and integrity. Additionally, we aim for a pastor who personally connects with the congregation through compassion, engages in community outreach, enhances the worship environment with Gospel-centered music, prioritizes family and personal well-being, and excels in equipping the congregation with a deeper understanding of the complete, inerrant Word of God through impactful teaching. Such a pastor would be well-positioned to lead and nurture the congregation in their faith journey and ministry.
