Responsibilities: As the Senior Pastor, your role will encompass:

• Preparing and delivering two weekly sermons (Legacy and Modern) that connect with people’s lives and encourage spiritual growth.
• Offering pastoral care and counseling, particularly during times of individual and communal need.
• Leading meaningful worship services, Bible studies, and church events while staying true to our doctrinal foundation.
• Collaborating closely with church leaders and volunteers to plan and execute outreach efforts.
• Cultivating the growth of various ministries within the church to foster a welcoming environment.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will embody:

• A profound personal commitment to Christ and an understanding of the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
• A proven track record of effective pastoral leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills for delivering doctrinally sound expository sermons.
• Experience in leading and organizing church activities, events, and outreach initiatives.
