Anchor Point Church of God is offering an exciting ministry opportunity for individuals passionate about student ministry. This role is designed for those looking to gain hands-on experience in ministry to middle and high school students. The internship provides valuable training and mentorship, with the potential for advancement to a paid position based on performance and ministry needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Student Ministry Director in planning and leading youth group meetings, Bible studies, and special events.
• Help develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to students.
• Participate in outreach activities and community service projects.
• Support volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to student ministry.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with middle and high school students and a calling to student ministry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Creativity and enthusiasm in developing engaging activities for students.
• Basic knowledge of adolescent development and educational principles.
• Commitment to the values and mission of Anchor Point Church of God.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a theological or ministry-related program is preferred.
• Background check clearance.
