Unity Baptist Church (UBC) in Crouse NC, is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to serve as our full time Pastor. The Ideal candidate will be committed to the spiritual growth and leading of our congregation through impactful preaching and engaged leadership.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational experience
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ordained and licensed Minister
• Possess proven character and integrity, maintaining a vital personal relationship with the Lord through daily Bible study and prayer, as well as having proper priorities at home with family, exhibiting an example of a Godly balanced life
• Compassionate, empathetic, and caring attitude toward all members of the congregation

Responsibilities:

• Spiritual leader of the church
• Preach from the Bible with enthusiasm, clarity, and conviction
• Lead Wednesday night programs, facilitating small groups, and conducting thorough Bible studies
• Take a role in special church actives such as VBS, Back to School Bash and Christmas programs
• Foster a culture of servant leadership, leading by example and empowering others to serve
• Maintain church office hours for the benefit of all church members and the related business of the church
