The Fellowship Church, Sweetwater, TN is currently accepting resumes for a bi-vocational youth pastor. We are members of Sweetwater Baptist Association and the TBC. We might also consider a temporary interim for the position.

·      Mature faith commitment to Jesus Christ

·      Love for TFC family and values

·      Pass background check

·      Sense a calling to serve in Youth Ministry

Youth Leader Responsibilities

·      Manages youth budget

·      Recruits, Schedules, and Trains volunteers

·      Confirms compliance with Child Protection laws

o   All leaders and volunteers must pass background check

·      Plans Youth Events

·      Leads Youth Meetings and other Activities

o   Seeks to make disciples of youth by sharing the gospel

o   Develops relationships with parents and siblings of youth

o   Ministers to Youth and Families in our community
