Primary Responsibilities include:
1. Assist Senior Pastor in various pastoral tasks (administration, worship, shepherding)
2. Oversee Christian Education Ministry (curriculum, teacher training, recruit and equip new teachers, etc.)
3. Develop and lead Young Adult Ministry (shepherd college and young adults through small groups / discipleship)

Qualifications:
1. Accredited theological seminary graduate or in last year of graduate program (Master of Divinity)
2. Conservative theological background
3. Ordained or soon to be ordained with Masters of Divinity degree
4. Must be fluent in English and proficient in Korean (preferred)
5. Meet the qualifications set out in 1 Timothy 3:2-7
6. Able to lead praise (preferred)
7. Servant leader

Credential and other documents:
1. Resume
2. A statement which includes personal testimony and pastoral vision
3. A copy of Masters of Divinity diploma if available
4. Two recent audio / video sermons for KCC to keep (one English and one bi-lingual sermon if available)
5. Two recommendation letters (1 must be from professor if student, 1 from senior pastor)
