Job Description

Job Requirements:A man who lives the biblical qualities of a pastor as found in 1 Timothy and 1 Peter 5. Some ministry experience preferred but not required. A degree is preferred but not required. Will need to be missions and community outreach minded with a heart for people of all ages and nationalities. Will need to be bi-vocational. Note: We have historically had fulltime pastors on staff and as soon as the church grows financially and physically would love to do so again.
Job Description:“For the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” In addition to Ephesians 4, we are a small church that has been praying for revitalization. We need someone who is excited at the opportunity to help grow a congregation, help reach the local community, and continue our strong missions’ heart. As the Lord told Joshua, “Be strong and of good courage…” This man will need to love, lead, and protect our church. Though the above are paramount, it is of equal or greater importance that he enjoys restorative time with and ministering to his own family.
