Faith Covenant Church, located in Scottsboro, AL, is seeking a high passion, high energy candidate to lead its vibrant and growing FC Kids Department. This ministry is in healthy place thanks to a long-term Kids Pastor who built a great foundation and is now retiring. The perfect candidate will be someone with a deep heart for children, a great energy and creativity for ministry and programs, and a structured mindset for recruiting, training, and overseeing the volunteer team that works in this ministry area.

Faith Covenant is a growing, healthy church that runs between 300-400. The FC Kids ministry averages between 50-70 kids each week and is comprised of a vibrant Sunday morning service and a creative, discipleship driven midweek program. Candidates will also be asked to conduct occasional extra events designed to energize, expand, and enhance the kid’s ministry.

The Faith Covenant staff is a unified team of workers comprised of both part-time as well as full-time personnel. The FC Kids position will be either full-time or part-time depending on the candidate, their location, and their experience.

Faith Covenant has recently refurbished and expanded the entire children’s wing, youth wing, and is almost complete in building a brand new sanctuary to open this fall. The candidate will be stepping into an exciting position with great potential.
