Calvary Baptist Church is seeking an Associate Pastor to provide vision, direction, development, and management for all aspects of our music ministry and student ministry from 6th through 12th grades, including supervising any relevant paid staff, lay leaders, teachers, volunteers, curriculum, programming, planning, and budgets to enable the church to reach the Rapid City area with the gospel of Jesus Christ. He will be responsible to oversee all music and student related activities, including Sunday and Wednesday events. This may include work done outside the church in ministry to students and work related to preparation for assigned duties (e.g. lunch with students at school, attending chapel with students, etc.).
