We are welcoming, multi-generational, multi-ethnic church primed for growth. Located in South Fort Worth, we reach students in the Fort Worth, Crowley & Burleson school districts. The right candidate will also have immediate opportunity for ministry to families in the community through our in-house daycare.

We are looking for someone passionate about ministry to children and families, who is excited to join an energetic staff that’s focused on reaching the lost.

The position is part-time ($24,000 annually) with the intent of transitioning to full-time.

Position Responsibilities

The Harvest Children’s Pastor will:

Be part of the Harvest Staff Team.

• Work alongside the other ministry teams of Harvest.
• Be the primary visionary for our K-5 ministry on Sundays and Wednesdays.
  –This would include planning and executing Kids Church services, recruiting a team of volunteers, BGMC fundraising, camp, VBS, etc.
• Have the opportunity to minister to students in the community through a weekly chapel service for our daycare & after-school students.

Position Qualifications

• We are looking for someone to take our Children’s Ministry to the next level!
• You must be able to work as part of a team while also dreaming and casting vision for the ministry to Children.
• At least 2-year ministry experience leading in children’s ministry.
• Pursuit of or completion of a degree in ministry is preferred.
• Musical ability a plus.
