The Director of Young Adults is a full–time salaried position with benefits at Intown Community Church. The role will be the liaison to the twenty something population connected to Intown Community Church. This position will include planning ministry and social activities for Young Adults that create a deeply relational and spiritually growing community of twenty somethings at Intown driving us towards our desire for a body of believers that are changed, known and sent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Pastor of Congregational Care to place Young Adults in small groups that will help them flourish, whether they be age and stage or cross–generational.
• Provide on–going training and support to Young Adult leaders to help them grow in their
spiritual leadership.
• Convene community events that enrich the lives of Young Adults, and also create a welcoming environment to newcomers.
• Represent the Young Adults perspective and needs on how Intown Community Church can become more relevant to this generation and grow a thriving Young Adult population at the church

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Support the Pastor of Congregational Care with small group coordination, curriculum
development and leader training.
