We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who is able to participate in weekly events. In particular, we want someone who will lead a small group or Sunday school class. Additionally, we want you to participate in Sunday Service as a singer, instrumentalist, or sound booth technician. We also want you to participate in ministry on digital media platforms.
The purpose is to provide support as various needs may arise for various ministries. This could include for senior adults, adults, teens, and kids. Currently there is a need for teaching an adult Sunday School class and midweek youth group. The primary objective is to provide any support for an open-ended, dynamic, growing ministry that is focused on discipleship, spiritual formation and service that engages community and connects people.
Minimum of Bachelors in Biblical Studies or related field or pursuance thereof.
District minister’s license or actively working toward it.
Leadership experience (paid or unpaid) in ministry or church settings.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Capacity for developing shared vision, establishing strategic plans, motivating individuals and driving toward goals with accountability.
Relationship with Jesus Christ
Grow in faith and obedience to God through personal Bible study and prayer.
Support your local church through attendance, ministry and tithing.
Support the doctrine of The Church of the Nazarene.
Pray regularly for the church.
