ACCCN is seeking a pastor for the English congregation to preach, teach and inspire both adults and youth in worship services, reach out to the congregation and to newcomers with a caring and welcoming heart, and work with fellowship groups to deepen a Bible-based understanding of God’s plans for us as individual believers and as a church.

Responsibilities • Plan meaningful and effective worship services and in guiding co-workers in all aspects of English congregation life. One key to success is an open, understanding and welcoming attitude toward the broad ranges of ethnic backgrounds and age groups. • Oversee, provide focus, and actively participate in weekly prayer meetings • Develop agendas and report on staff and ministry related issues as appropriate • Conduct Holy Communion and Baptism • Develop English congregation by spreading the gospel and enhancing spiritual maturity among believers Working Relationships • The English Pastor will serve under the Senior Pastor and co-working with Pastors and Elders Council (PEC) members as a leadership team for the overall ministry of ACCCN • Meet regularly with Senior Pastor for the purpose of reporting, planning and evaluation • Meet regularly with English Ministry deacons and fellowship leaders • Report monthly to the PEC on issues relating to ministry programming and strategic planning.
