The Finance Associate serves as a support role to the Director of Operations in all matters relating to financial tracking and analysis. He/She is responsible for the preparation and review of financial information including but not limited to month end reports (P&L), day to day payments, payroll management, budgeting, management of bookkeeping and receipt systems as well as donor management. The Finance Associate will work closely with members of the Executive Leadership Team as well as location pastors to advise them on relevant financial data, financial reports as well as best practices.
