Burnaby Christian Pentecostal Church (BCPC), a Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada
(PAOC) church in Burnaby BC is looking for a full–time Lead Pastor to provide leadership and discipleship to our bilingual (Cantonese and English) congregation. BCPC is a church consisting of predominantly Chinese Canadians; however, we hope our church will one day reflect the demographic of Capitol Hill, the neighborhood that we are located in. The congregation of BCPC is multigenerational and currently at the size of around 70 people. The Lead Pastor has to understand the dynamic and culture of the different generations and be able to foster unity in the church.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree from an accredited Bible college
• Have credentials with or be eligible to be credentialed with PAOC
• Be experienced in working with a multigenerational and multilingual congregation
• Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Cantonese
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in pastoral ministry
