Lead Minister following the retirement of the current Lead Minister, initially an Associate Minister.

Community Christian Church is a multiethnic, multigenerational church in New York City. The congregation is diverse in ethnicity, race, income, education, and religious background. We are a healthy, financially sound, and stable church averaging 80 in attendance either in person or online. We are looking to hire a full-time Associate Minister with expectation that the person hired will become the Lead Minister at some point in the not too distant future.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator and leader. They will be a self‐starter with a solid work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, yet a mature and humble person that is “teachable.” Someone who can help us as we strive to not only make disciples, but make disciples who make disciples
