Edgewood Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Pastor who has at least 5 years of ministry experience and has a desire to share his faith as well as the ability to coordinate evangelistic ministry. EBC is in Nicholasville, KY, a growing community about 20 miles South of Lexington. Edgewood averages between 175-200 in Sunday morning worship and enjoys a blended style including time-honored hymns and contemporary choruses. While the church has a significant senior adult membership, the surrounding community is growing and includes many young families with children. A Pastor who can connect deeply in the community, articulate vision & mobilize church members to fulfill it can experience a meaningful ministry at Edgewood Baptist.

Pastor Responsibilities include:

• The Primary preacher/teacher of Scripture
• Coordinate with staff and other church leaders to execute vision
• Identify ministry opportunities in the area and lead church members to engage in them
• Shepherd the congregation personally, through staff and other church leaders
• Lead in evangelistic efforts
