With our ecclesiastical leadership model, the senior pastor has a leadership team already running their teams with minimal input required. The senior pastor will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations of the church and for making decisions regarding the church with the board.  He/She will lead and build the RHVC church community in living our mission to love God, love others and live intentionally. The senior pastor will lead the RHVC preaching team and provide pastoral care, including hospital visits. A full job description is available for potential candidates.

RHVC’s senior pastor is a leader of leaders, who follows Jesus Christ, partners with Holy Spirit and expresses the love of the Father. He/She will partner with our leaders to teach and minister to those who come to RHVC, making them disciples who live their faith outside of church.
