    Converge North Central is seeking a Christ-follower and leader. This person will develop and strengthen the relationships between associate pastors and Converge North Central (CNC). Primarily focused on establishing, engaging, and equipping student ministry, next generation, youth leaders, this person will be a primary resource/advocate between churches and Trout Lake Camps (TLC).     The Student Ministries Director oversees all aspects of ministry between the associate and youth pastors within CNC. The following gives an approximation of how responsibilities are distributed in this role:


    A substantial portion of focus will be to engage CNC churches in the areas of student ministry needs. Digging a little deeper, time will be spent on equipping youth pastors and associate pastors with the best practices through ministry experience and coaching. Finally, this role provides encouragement as a shepherd providing care and counsel to associate staff in our region.


    A key aspect of this position is the development of people in student ministry, children’s, worship ministry, so that they grow healthy churches. They will leverage the resources of CNC’s Pastoral Placement Process (P3), the Church Planting Assessment Center (CPAC), and other leadership pathways to grow potential church planters.


    Administration includes ongoing database upkeep, budgeting, and CNC & TLC meetings. The Student Ministries Director will be responsible for the communication of events, trainings, and networking by utilizing our different channels of communication.


    Building relationships happens through events both big and small. This role will optimize connections through regional teams. Also, this position will provide coordination of information, people, and resources throughout our CNC region
