    Job Description

    The current ministry at D1AG requires a highly motivated, energetic, disciplined staff member to work alongside an experienced, visionary lead pastor.

    Position will be full time or part time based on applicants experience and qualifications. Preference will be given to applicants whose experience and ministry qualifications demonstrate a proven ability to serve in a full time capacity in a fast paced, urban setting.

    Minimum requirements for applicant:

    • Credentialed AG minister (or in process)
    • Bachelor degree in ministry from AG university or equivalent training (District School of Ministry)
    • Proven ability in building and leading a ministry team
    • Highly motivated, self-starter, and excellent work ethic a must
    • Teachable and able to submit to senior leadership
    • We are seeking applicants who are energetic, visionary, and demonstrate a passion for ministry
    • Solid commitment to AG doctrine, values, and ministries
    • Evidence of maturity and discipline in personal and ministerial life.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to Pentecostal faith and practice in personal and ministerial life.
    • Ability to clearly articulate AG doctrine to next generation
    • Proficient with technology (audio, video, social media, websites etc.)
    • Ability to establish and implement written policy for safety and security of ministry participants
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, in-person, video etc.)
    • Worship leading ability a plus but not required
    • Ability to build relationships and minister cross-culturally

    Ministry responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing and leading weekly youth gatherings
    • Recruiting, training and overseeing volunteer leaders to assist with youth ministry
    • Organizing and leading youth in attending district youth functions such as camp, convention, missions trips, Fine Arts, etc.
    • Leading youth in missions giving and participation
    • Engaging with local public schools for outreach and service opportunities
    • Developing and overseeing a comprehensive discipleship strategy and program for youth, consistent with EQUIP (the discipleship ministry of D1AG)

    The student ministry at D1AG is not large enough to require a full time position at this time. However, if the applicant is full time, a portfolio of responsibility will be developed with the lead pastor based on applicants ability and experience which will include other areas of responsibility.

    Dallas First Assembly seeks to provide competitive compensation to qualified staff members. Salary and benefits will be based on full-time or part time position and applicants experience.
