Flat Rock Christian Church is seeking a full time youth/associate minister. The candidate shall have a firm foundation in Gods Word, The emphasis of this position will be on youth, with some ministerial duties as well. Primary responsibilities will be to lead our youth, oversee, plan and grow an effective ministry for our youth – age nursery through high school – leading them to a closer relationship with Christ: A focus on team building and an energetic passion for youth is essential for working with our ministry leadership team, as a key responsibility will be to develop and equip youth volunteers for all age groups. Our young people are eager to grow in Christ. We currently are renovating our worship facilities. It can be used for family and youth gatherings. We also have a new and separate facility that is used for youth activities and outreach to the community. The church is looking to grow and expand. The potential for more growth in all areas is unlimited –as HE continues to bless.
